Train Horn & Onboard Air Installation in West Palm Beach
Deals On Wheels & Tires is adding professional air-horn and onboard-air installation for suitable trucks, Jeeps and SUVs. A clean installation is more than bolting a horn under a truck: the compressor, tank, air lines, electrical protection and controls all need to be planned around the vehicle.
Professional System Installation
- Air horn and train-horn style kits
- 12-volt compressors
- Air tanks and mounting
- Pressure switches, relays, fuses and wiring
- Protected air-line routing and fittings
- Switch/control installation
- Onboard-air accessories when compatible with the selected system
- Inspection and troubleshooting of installed systems
Plan the System Around the Truck
Available mounting space varies dramatically between half-ton pickups, lifted trucks, diesels, Jeeps and SUVs. Tank capacity, compressor duty cycle, electrical demand, horn placement and exposure to water or road debris also matter. We will evaluate the vehicle and kit before promising a specific mounting location.
Onboard Air Can Do More
Depending on the compressor, tank, fittings and intended use, an onboard-air system may also support appropriate air accessories. Tell us whether the system is only for the horn or whether you want additional air capability so it can be planned correctly from the beginning.
Important Florida Road-Use Notice
Aftermarket equipment must be used in accordance with applicable law. Florida Statute 316.271 regulates vehicle horns and warning devices, including restrictions involving unreasonably loud or harsh sounds and certain sirens, whistles and bells. Installation by Deals On Wheels does not represent that every horn configuration or use is lawful on public roads. The vehicle owner/operator is responsible for lawful use.
