We source commercially available products through manufacturers, distributors and wholesale supply channels, coordinate documentation and delivery, and support direct-ship fulfillment where the requirement and supplier allow it.
Our government and commercial supply work is built around product sourcing, purchasing, contract administration and invoicing rather than labor-heavy field contracts. We identify the exact product requirement, obtain compliant supplier pricing, coordinate documentation and delivery, and supply the product to the buyer under the applicable purchase order or contract.
Where a solicitation identifies an approved manufacturer, CAGE code, part number, NSN, country-of-origin requirement, packaging standard or other source restriction, we treat those requirements as controlling. We do not substitute an alternate product or claim an authorization that has not been documented.
Tires, wheel-end parts, braking components, steering and suspension, maintenance items, trailer components and related fleet products.
Hydraulic and industrial hose, hose assemblies, fittings, valves, quick disconnects, pumps, reels, gauges, tubing and fluid-transfer products.
Maintenance and repair supplies, hand and shop tools, service equipment, storage products and general operational items.
PPE, facility-maintenance products, janitorial and cleaning supplies, workplace consumables and other straightforward commercial products.
Government and institutional supply orders often require more than a product price. Depending on the solicitation, we coordinate items such as manufacturer/part-number confirmation, source traceability, certificate-of-conformance availability, country of origin, lead time, warranty, freight, direct-shipment capability and packaging or marking requirements.
For DLA and other exact-source procurements, an approved-source requirement is treated as an approved-source requirement. If the requested item must come from a named manufacturer or specific CAGE/part-number combination, our quote is built around that product unless the contracting activity formally authorizes an alternate.
Our sourcing program emphasizes lawful commercial products that can be purchased and distributed through established supply channels. We do not use this program to pursue firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, radioactive materials, surveillance/spyware products, sensitive military technology or other categories requiring specialized regulatory handling unless separately evaluated and lawfully authorized.
Contract vehicles, registrations, socioeconomic certifications, manufacturer authorizations and special packaging capabilities are represented only when they are current and documented. Product availability, approved-source restrictions, domestic-source requirements, trade-agreement applicability and delivery terms are reviewed opportunity by opportunity.
